–While travelling through the Sardynian landscape with a stock of old Sardinian postcards – traditionally understood as a kind of visual datum, a register of a time in place, McDonald makes subtle architectural and landscape collage interventions and creates imagined futures that consider the increasingly dramatic pace of change in the coastal landscape due to climate change.
